Water Walking
Increase muscle tone and flexibility. Improves circulation and coordination. Uses a ski belt to walk the deep end of the pool.
Aquacise
A low to moderate intensitiy water aerobic class that consists of warm-up, cardio, flexibility exercises and cool down. Ability to swim is not necessary.
Arthrisis Water Exercise
Helps those with arthritis manage symptoms and maintain independence by decreasing pain, stiffness and fatigue. Uses slow movements under water.
Aqua Zumba
An invigorating workout in the pool integrating the Zumba formula & philosophy with traditional aqau fitness disciplines. Safe, challenging cardio-conditioning and FUN!
