Les Mills Body Pump

BODYPUMP™ will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

 

Early Aerobics

Start your day off with aerobics featuring step, floor, and weight training to improve muscle tone and cardio fitness.

 

Kettlebells

Bring your own kettle bells.  Class will provide a unique and challenging workout that targets every major muscle group and works on balance.

Max 30 Express   Are you ready to shake up your workouts? This class is a mixture of High Intensity Interval    Training, Circuit Training, Max Cardio, Toning, Sculpting, Core Work, ETC. in  only 30 Minutes! Every workout will be different but INTENSE. Come prepared to WORK HARD! This class begins June 4th

Yoga

Improve strength, flexibility, increase blood flow & body awareness.  Tone and firm from head to toe.

Pilates

Strengthen and tone core muscles while incresing flexibility and balance.

Spinning

A tough cardio workout on our spinning bikes.  Bring water bottle & towel.  Class size limited - first come first served. 

 

Zumba

Moves combining amazing, irresistible Latin and international music with dynamic, yet simple exercise moves.  Great workout, great fun!

Turbokick

Great way to lose pounds while enjoying a fast paced workout.  Helps increase speed, endurance, and mobility.

Session card fee:

Y Member $10.00 per month

Non Member $55.00 per month

LES MILLS BODY PUMP coming to our YMCA mid January 2013

We will be posting more information as we get closer to the date.

 

ZUMBA Schedule Change beginning May 28:  We will no longer be offering Zumba on Tues & Thur evenings.  Evening classes are Mon & Wed 6:35-7:35 pm.

 

Max 30 Express begins June 4th

 

FREE kids zumba ages 7 thru 13 begins June 3rd.  Mon & Wed 10:45-11:30 am

 

FREE youth running club

Mon & Wed 8-8:45 am
