| Health and Fitness classes are for participants 16 years and older. Youth age 13-15 may participate after attending Aerobic 101. Youth ages 13-15 may use the Nautilus and Free Weight Room after going through an orientation to earn a weightlifting card allowing them access to these areas. See front desk for details. |
